Who is the Steel Men Tribe for?

How many members do you accept?
Two new members a month, to maintain the quality of the group. When a month is full, applicants join the waitlist for the next opening.
What does membership cost?
$206.29 a month, billed monthly through Stripe. You only pay once your application and interview with Otis are accepted.
What is the time commitment?
A Steel Men call every other week, optional sub-tribe calls on alternating weeks, a monthly intensive with a 7-day action plan, weekly checkpoints, and the annual Brotherhood of Steel Retreat. The Tribe requires a significant commitment of time, finances and work, and the application asks whether you are ready for it.
