Pick the path that fits

Leadership is not about titles. It is about getting more out of a team than they believed was possible, not by cracking the whip, but by building a shared vision of success that every person can work toward. That vision creates the intrinsic motivation to perform at a higher level.

Every Tribe and Purpose engagement starts with a baseline. You have to know where you are today to plan tomorrow. From that foundation we build the plan, then provide guidance, coaching and accountability, measuring progress and adjusting as we go.

Three paths. DIY is the free library: assessment, calculator, podcast, masterclass, playbook. DWY is the structured programs we run alongside you. DFY is us stepping in to do the operating work with your team.

Not sure which one? Book a free 30-minute call with Otis and we will tell you straight, including when the answer is "start with the free stuff."

How every engagement works

  1. Baseline.Who are you, where are you going, and what is your why? For a team: where is the leadership gap today?
  2. Plan of attack.Real goals, a plan to hit them, and the leadership habits that get the team there.
  3. Guide, coach, mentor.Weekly rhythm, direct access, honest feedback from people who have led under pressure.
  4. Measure and adjust.Periodic check on goals achieved, then adjust for optimization. Nothing drifts.

Coaching or mentoring?

Both start with trust and a real interest in each other's journey. Mentoring is episodic and tactical: a problem, a conversation, a fix. Coaching goes deeper to understand your purpose before walking side by side through discovery, acceleration and consolidation. Our programs blend both, and the plan always comes with accountability. Action is scary because it brings change. Honest feedback from a tribe you trust is what turns negative assumptions into reasoned choices.
